Media Assets Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of logos, images, videos, and other brand assets (“Assets”) available in the Cowboy Space Corp. media kit. By downloading any Asset, you agree to these terms.

1. Permitted Uses

Assets may be used for news reporting, editorial, and educational purposes. Non-commercial uses that do not exploit the Assets or Cowboy Space Corp.’s name, logo, or brand are permitted with proper attribution.

2. Attribution

All published uses of Assets must credit Cowboy Space Corp. Acceptable caption format: “Image courtesy of Cowboy Space Corp.”

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not: (i) use Assets for commercial advertising or promotion without prior written consent; (ii) modify Assets beyond routine resizing or formatting; (iii) use Assets in any manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Cowboy Space Corp. where none exists; or (iv) sublicense, sell, or transfer Assets to any third party.

4. Intellectual Property

All Assets are the property of Cowboy Space Corp. and are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership interest in the Assets or any license to use the Cowboy Space Corp. name or marks beyond what is expressly stated here.

5. Revocation

Cowboy Space Corp. reserves the right to revoke permission to use any Asset at any time. Upon revocation, you must promptly remove the applicable Asset from all uses.
